Job Summary:

Responsible for providing administrative support and performing basic accounting functions to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist in bookkeeping, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and support audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and other departments regarding payments and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and office records.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Must have laptop or desktop and stable internet connection at home
  • Hybrid Set-up
