Job Overview:
Riptide Outsourcing is hiring an Associate Influencer Manager responsible for executing end-to-end influencer campaigns following defined templates, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
The role requires managing multiple creators per project, ensuring deliverables are submitted on time, accurately organized, compliant with internal standards, and ready for ad use. You'll collaborate across teams, maintain precise data and records, and contribute insights to improve campaign flow and performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Campaign Execution
- Manage 5 creators per project and ensure all deliverables are submitted on or before deadlines.
- Translate campaign briefs into clear creator instructions, sample references, and delivery guidelines.
- Track daily status updates and maintain 100% completion of deliverables per project.
- Review and validate all submitted assets for ad-readiness, compliance, and brand alignment.
- Coordinate product sending, approvals, and revisions to ensure campaigns move through each stage without delays.
2. Creator Sourcing, Communication & Negotiation
- Build qualified creator shortlists based on engagement rate, niche fit, tone, and past performance.
- Conduct outreach and secure at least 5 creators per project within budget and template parameters.
- Confirm essential non-negotiables (lifetime usage, whitelisting, raw files) for 100% of participating creators.
- Perform light negotiations on scope or pricing within approved ranges to stay within ad spend targets.
- Maintain consistent communication to ensure creators meet timelines, instructions, and deliverable quality standards.
3. Data Accuracy, System Adherence & Cross-Team Coordination
- Keep campaign trackers, folders, and naming conventions updated with 100% accuracy across all projects.
- Ensure all assets are properly tagged, versioned, and stored for seamless usage by Media Buyers.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to senior team members for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Accounting and Warehouse to ensure product shipment, payments, and logistics are completed on schedule.
- Provide insights on creator performance and workflow bottlenecks to contribute to SOP and process improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3 or more years experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current social media trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with creators.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple influencers and deadlines at once.
- Ability to track performance metrics and evaluate content quality and creator fit.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable following SOPs and structured workflows.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience using influencer platforms/tools for sourcing and tracking creators.
- Basic familiarity with content production (video/photo review, basic editing knowledge is a plus).
- Understanding of paid social ads or how influencer content is used in performance marketing.
- Experience in contract terms such as usage rights, whitelisting, and deliverable requirements.
- Background as a creator or experience collaborating closely with creators.

Our Recruitment Process

- Deep Dive Interview with Recruiter - A 15 to 30 minute conversation focused on your career journey, past roles, accomplishments, and what you are looking for next. This helps us understand your background and alignment with the role.
- Trial Project Assessment - At this stage, you'll get to demonstrate your skills through a sample project that uses real data or scenarios from our operations.This stage usually takes one of two forms.
- Audit: You may be asked to review a campaign and apply the IDS method (Identify issues, Discuss your observations, and Suggest solutions).
- Skills Output: You may be asked to create a sample deliverable that reflects the role, such as drafting a VSL script, writing email responses, or producing a short-form video.
All trial projects are covered by a simple NDA to protect both you and the company. It ensures our data remains confidential and also makes clear that your work will only be used for evaluation purposes unless we hire you or we both agree in writing with fair compensation.
We also ask that most trial projects be submitted with a short Loom video. This is not about teaching us how you did the work but about explaining why you made certain decisions and how you approached the task.
- Final Interview with Hiring ManagerThe last step is a conversation with the hiring manager. Together, you'll go through your trial project output and discuss how your experience, ideas, and working style can make an impact in the role if you're selected. This stage is less about formal Q&A and more about exploring fit, collaboration, and vision.
