Overview

We are looking for a creative and organized Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing marketing team.

This role focuses on sourcing and managing influencer partnerships, coordinating campaigns, and tracking results to ensure successful brand collaborations. Ideal for someone with influencer marketing experience and a strong grasp of social media trends.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with influencer discovery tools, social media analytics, and campaign tracking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a keen understanding of digital trends and audience engagement.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Experience working with start-up brands or small businesses.
  • Existing relationships with influencers in various niches.
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads and affiliate marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CreatorIQ, GRIN, Canva, and project management platforms (Asana, Trello, or similar).

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Identify and recruit influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms that align with client campaigns
  • Manage influencer databases, contracts, and campaign details using tools like CreatorIQ or GRIN
  • Support campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking to ensure timelines and goals are met
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate deliverables and rates when needed
  • Coordinate content with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and deadlines
  • Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare campaign performance reports
  • Stay updated on social media trends and influencer marketing strategies
  • Provide administrative support, including payment schedules and documentation
