Overview

Our client is seeking a highly creative Content & Influencer Producer to own content creation, short-form video production, influencer outreach, and social media execution.

This role is about speed, creativity, and volume. You will be responsible for generating new concepts, producing content using AI and modern editing tools, managing the influencer pipeline, and ensuring Fasten maintains a strong, active presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

You are both a creator and a producer, comfortable balancing creative vision with the consistency and reliability needed in a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Assisted Content Creation

  • Create short-form videos using scripts, UGC, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude,
  • Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
  • Write hooks, captions, scripts, and content outlines
  • Produce variations of content for testing across Meta and TikTok
  • Repurpose content across platforms for increased output
  • Maintain a weekly content calendar

Short-Form Video Editing

  • Edit content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
  • Apply speed ramps, captions, sound sync, and on-trend editing styles
  • Maintain a library of reusable templates
  • Ensure all content is optimized for performance and scroll-stopping hooks

Influencer & UGC Management

  • Identify creators that fit the Fasten brand and audience
  • Conduct outreach, manage communication, and negotiate deliverables
  • Build UGC briefs and manage deadlines
  • Track performance of influencer content and cost per UGC asset
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of creators

Social Media Management

  • Post and schedule across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
  • Manage engagement (comments, DMs, mentions)
  • Monitor trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
  • Provide weekly reports on reach, engagement, and growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Growth & Performance Marketer on creative testing
  • Adjust content based on performance data
  • Suggest new creative angles based on audience feedback
  • Participate in weekly growth/content sync calls

Qualifications

  • 2–6+ years experience in content creation, social media management, or influencer management
  • Strong background producing high-velocity short-form content
  • Excellent writing instincts (hooks, captions, ad copy, scripts)
  • Experience with UGC-style video formats
  • Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram trends and best practices
  • Fluent in AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva, CapCut
  • Experience managing influencer relationships
  • Highly organized and self-directed
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours

Compensation

$10–$15/hour, depending on content production depth and influencer management experience.
