Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our team on influencer and affiliate marketing, email marketing, Shopify store management, and general marketing support . This is a full-time remote role where you’ll have the chance to make a direct impact on a fast-growing luxury food and lifestyle brand. Key Responsibilities Research and identify influencers and affiliates that align with our brand and target audience. Manage relationships with influencers and affiliates, including outreach, coordinating product shipments, directing campaign talking points, and maintaining ongoing communication. Expand our affiliate program by increasing outreach while ensuring they remain a strong fit with our brand in order to drive sustainable revenue growth through the program. Support brand partnerships by coordinating follow-ups and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. Keep the Shopify store updated with weekly menu launches by managing product listings, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and images, while ensuring accuracy and consistency. Write compelling marketing email copy with the support of AI tools such as ChatGPT, design and build email creative assets, and set up, schedule, and send campaigns through different email marketing platforms. Track, analyze, and share regular performance reports on influencer, affiliate, partnership, and email marketing campaigns. Provide additional marketing and administrative support to ensure the success of campaigns and projects. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing, with exposure to influencer and affiliate management, email marketing, and Shopify store management. Must have experience actively using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar for content development. Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proactive, resourceful, and creative, with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
