We are seeking for a Marketing Specialist that will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and client engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for improvement to achieve our business objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
  • Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to foster community.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
