Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Malay. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and addressing any issues that arise during their shift. They will also be responsible for coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the resort. The role involves conducting regular inspections, handling guest complaints, and implementing solutions to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Experience in hospitality management or similar roles
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage services
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
