Job Fesponsibilities

  • Sales and business development:
    Actively seeking new clients, developing strategies to grow the branch's deposit portfolio, and achieving sales targets.
  • Customer relationship management:
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Operational and managerial duties:
    Overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations, and potentially leading and developing a sales team.
  • Marketing and promotion:
    Participating in marketing activities to increase branch visibility and market share.

Job Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field like Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Experience in sales, especially with banking or financial products.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in the local dialect may be a requirement.
  • Willingness to engage in field work.
