Duties
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Financial Controller and within limits of established Shangri-La Boracay policies, procedures and Finance Manual, provides complete secretarial service and other administrative duties for the Financial Controller.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an International Hotel with the same capacity.
  • Preferably has a strong background in Finance.
  • A graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting or any related course.
  • Knowledgeable in using different computer softwares e.g. Microsoft Office, Sunsystem
  • Oral and written fluency in English and Filipino
  • Highly organized and high attention to details.
  • Able to work independently and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality on all matters
