**About the Role:

We are looking for a Telesales & Marketing Representative to join our team and work with our Australian-based client. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with warm leads over the phone, build rapport, and successfully convert conversations into booked meetings.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, has proven sales experience, and thrives in achieving measurable targets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Call warm leads provided by the client and effectively communicate value propositions.


• Build strong relationships and establish trust with prospects.


• Book qualified meetings with a high conversion rate.


• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and booked appointments.


• Work closely with the client's sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Requirements:


• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).


• Proven telesales / inside sales / appointment-setting experience.


• Strong ability to influence and convert warm leads into booked meetings.


• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed KPIs.


• Ability to work Australian business hours.
