We are looking for a person who is passionate about collectively overcoming complex challenges of the hyper-growth e-commerce ecosystem, while learning fast and having fun, to join us as a Sales Associate.

We are the Philippines' #1 Online Gift Store with a mission to make gifting thoughtful, affordable, and convenient in Southeast Asia. Backed by international investors, we are a young, dynamic, fun, and multi-disciplinary team with years of experience in e-commerce. We are looking for individuals who are ambitious and passionate to join us in our journey. Would you be up to the challenge?

This full-time role is based in Makati City on a full-time on-site work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Represent the company with complete knowledge on our products and services
  • Maximize sales performance by meeting or exceeding the sales goals
  • Promote and upsell products
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of the products and in assigned areas
  • Observe established Order Fulfillment Process
  • Comply with inventory control procedures

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail and sales is a plus
  • Able to navigate google sheets using any devices (preferably on mobile phones)
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Friendly, energetic, passionate, and solutions-driven attitude
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
