Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Content Producer to lead the planning, shooting, and editing of high-quality video content for campaigns and product showcases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating cameras, lighting setups, and production equipment, along with strong post-production skills using professional video editing software. This role is key in bringing our brand stories to life through compelling visual storytelling across digital platforms. The Content Producer will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver impactful content that engages audiences and elevates brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, product launches, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Operate a variety of production equipment including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and stabilizers to ensure professional video output.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, marketers, and stylists to execute visual concepts that align with campaign goals.
  • Edit and retouch videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) for various digital formats.
  • Color grade, sound mix, and apply motion graphics or effects as needed to enhance video quality and storytelling.
  • Manage the pre-production process, including location scouting, set design, shot planning, and equipment setup.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and technical standards for online distribution.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1+ years of professional experience in video production, shooting, and editing digital content. Proficient in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, and audio equipment.
  • Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing platforms. Working knowledge of color grading and audio editing tools
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute both studio and on-location shoots. Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing campaign and product video work. Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
  • Preferably can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
