Through strategic media and creative content, the company produces podcasts, short-form videos, and branded storytelling content for mission-led clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Content Producer who is deeply passionate about storytelling, emotionally attuned to voice and message, and excited to co-create meaningful content that resonates. You will work closely with the founder and help shape how content is edited, shared, and experienced across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Work hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Singapore Time

Work set-up: Remote

What you'll do
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and full podcast episodes)
  • Repurpose podcast content into engaging, high-impact clips and social visuals
  • Support graphic design for social content using templates or creative tools
  • Assist with writing, drafting, and editing captions, posts, and content copy that reflects the founder's voice
  • Plan and schedule social media content and podcast publishing timelines
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to execute bold, creative content ideas
What You Bring
  • 2-3 years in creative content and media creation and execution
  • Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic design software
  • Podcast editing experience is a plus
  • Prior freelance projects, or personal creative work in media, storytelling, or content creation an advantage
Preferred qualifications:
  • Passionate about storytelling, video editing, content creation, and the power of voice
  • Emotionally intelligent and tuned into energy, tone, and messaging
  • Familiar with what resonates across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Creative, proactive, and excited to help build something meaningful
  • Able to collaborate closely and flexibly
