The Content Manager will own the entire content sourcing process — sourcing, managing, and coordinating all external talents (influencers, UGC creators, etc.) that produce content for marketing collateral. They will be solely responsible for talent operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end partnerships: from outreach, negotiation, and briefing to on-site management, quality control, and final deliverables.

They will work hand-in-hand with the creatives and performance marketing teams to make sure every piece of content created with talents, whether for ads, organic, or campaigns, aligns with our brand standards and drives measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Sourcing & Partnerships

  • Identify, screen, and onboard a diverse pool of talents across influencers, UGC creators, models, etc.
  • Negotiate contracts, usage rights, and rates while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage end-to-end relationships: outreach, onboarding, deliverables, payments, and retention.
  • Build and maintain a database of vetted talents for different needs (ads, organic, website, seasonal campaigns).

2. Talent Management for Content Creation & Shoots

  • Act as the single point of contact for all external talents.
  • Coordinate pre-production requirements (products, props, schedules) to ensure talents are prepared.
  • Lead talent handling on-site during shoots — ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to the brief.
  • Troubleshoot talent-related issues during shoots or collaborations to keep projects on track.

3. Briefing & Quality Control

  • Create detailed briefs and guidelines for talents to follow.
  • Review all content submissions and give actionable feedback to improve alignment with brand standards and direct-response best practices.
  • Ensure submitted assets are usable across platforms and campaigns.

4. Content Ideation & Performance Alignment

  • Collaborate with the performance creative team to review hooks, angles, and concepts that leverage talents effectively.
  • Track content performance from talents and integrate insights into future briefs.
  • Stay updated on social trends, creator formats, and competitor activity to diversify our content pool.

5. Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Streamline the talent-content pipeline for speed and consistency.
  • Track and report on talent costs, content velocity, content performance, and diversity of talent pool.
  • Propose improvements in workflows, tools, and talent selection.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 2+ years in creator partnerships and content creation.
  • Creator Operations: Proven success managing external creators/talents end-to-end, from vetting to deliverables.
  • Production Acumen: Strong understanding of shoots — able to handle talents professionally on set.
  • Creative Eye: Ability to judge if content "works" for branding and performance; skilled in giving feedback to improve hooks, tone, and execution.
  • Project Mastery: Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills; comfortable juggling multiple partnerships and deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Up-to-date with trends in social media and influencer marketing
  • Data Awareness: Familiarity with ad performance metrics and eCommerce experience is a big plus.

  • Set-up: Hybrid, (5-day workweek)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
