Job Summary:

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources Department in performing a variety of administrative and support tasks. This position provides hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, timekeeping, and record management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements, initial screening of applicants, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process of new employees.
  • Help maintain and organize employee 201 files and HR records.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as memos, forms, and reports.
  • Help monitor attendance, timekeeping records, and leave applications.
  • Participate in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department (filing, encoding, scanning documents).
  • Assist in updating HR databases and maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the HR Officer or Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Currently taking up a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work onsite here at Excelin Marketing.
