Recruitment and Training Manager

Position Summary

The Recruitment and Training Manager is responsible for building, developing, and sustaining a high-quality talent pipeline for R3source while ensuring that every Virtual Assistant (VA) and Client receives a world-class onboarding and readiness experience. This hybrid role merges recruitment excellence with training execution, ensuring both sides of the R3source partnership—Clients and VAs—start strong and stay aligned.

You will own the full cycle from talent sourcing and selection to onboarding coordination and foundational VA training. You will collaborate closely with HR, Training & QA, and Operations to achieve our growth goal of 100 deployed VAs by end of 2025.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for Support, Seat, and Specialist VA roles.
  • Partner with Operations and Client Services to understand hiring requirements and job profiles per client campaign.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline for both active and future roles.
  • Use creative and data-driven sourcing strategies through social media, job boards, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Conduct competency and culture-fit assessments aligned with R3source standards.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting in all recruitment activities.

2. Onboarding & Orientation

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires—from offer acceptance to Day 1 readiness.
  • Conduct or facilitate R3source Company Overview, Philippine Work Culture 101, and Client Readiness modules.
  • Oversee access provisioning, documentation, and tool handshakes (MFA, credentials, platforms).
  • Ensure completion of all pre-deployment and compliance requirements before endorsement to Clients.
  • Monitor onboarding metrics such as Time-to-Access, Time-to-First-Output, and Onboarding Defects.

3. Training & Development

  • Deliver the R3source Foundational VA Training covering email, calendar, travel, document management, and communication etiquette.
  • Coordinate with Training & QA for curriculum updates, readiness rubrics, and calibration.
  • Manage tools proficiency and behavioral readiness assessments.
  • Track 30/60/90-day performance and recommend re-training, coaching, or elevation (Support → Seat).
  • Maintain the centralized Training Library and ensure all modules are updated, documented, and accessible.

4. Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards tracking hiring velocity, TTP, readiness scores, QA pass rates, and training feedback.
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify process gaps, propose improvements, and standardize best practices.
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings with Operations and Client Services to review recruitment and training pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or Business-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years combined experience in Recruitment, Training, or Operations in the BPO or VA industry.
  • Strong background in full-cycle recruitment and new hire training.
  • Excellent English communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience using modern ATS, LMS, and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Must be organized, analytical, and comfortable working with data and metrics.
  • Leadership experience managing small teams is an advantage.

  • Cultural Bridge – Understands and communicates the nuances between US clients and Filipino professionals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Uses recruitment and training metrics to guide actions and continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Time-to-Fill (≤15 days average)
  • Time-to-Productivity (≤10 business days for Support Tier)
  • Onboarding Defects (≤1 per 10 hires)
  • Training Satisfaction Score (≥4.5/5)
  • Retention Rate (≥90% after 90 days)

Growth Path

  • As R3source scales, this role will evolve into two dedicated positions: Recruitment Manager and Training & Onboarding Manager, with the current holder positioned for leadership consideration in either track.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
