What are we looking for?
Skills Required**

  • Operations & Dispatch Expertise - 5-8 years of experience in dispatch/service industries (e.g., home repairs, HVAC, restoration, flooring, windows).
  • Scheduling & Multi-tasking Skills - Ability to manage multiple technicians, schedules, and incoming calls simultaneously.
  • Customer Service Excellence - Strong client communication, problem resolution, and adaptability to different personalities.
  • Crisis & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to act decisively under pressure, reallocate resources, and maintain service flow.
  • CRM & Systems Proficiency - Skilled in dispatch boards, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Leadership & Operations Oversight - Proven ability to lead, spot process gaps, and suggest operational improvements.
  • Billing & Administrative Accuracy - Experience handling invoicing, service records, and documentation.

What will you do?

  • Own and manage scheduling and dispatch operations to ensure seamless daily service flow.
  • Assign service calls to technicians with precision, factoring in skillset, workload, location, and priority.
  • Monitor job progress in real time and proactively resolve delays, risks, or emergencies.
  • Provide timely updates and professional communication to customers, addressing concerns with urgency.
  • Maintain accurate service records and review prior-day tickets to ensure all open or incomplete items are fully resolved.
