Job Description

As a Maintenance, Dispatch & OTR Support Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating drivers, resolving urgent on-the-road issues, and maintaining compliance with U.S. standards. Your efforts ensure seamless trucking operations across the 48 continental states while supporting both drivers and internal teams.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Familiarity with FMCSA and HOS compliance standards.
• Quick-thinking, resourceful, and capable of resolving time-sensitive issues.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn logistics tools and dispatch software.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to operational excellence.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, fleet maintenance, or a related field.
• Fluent in speaking Spanish and English.
• Prior experience working in transportation or logistics support roles is an advantage.

Your Daily Tasks

• Coordinate and dispatch CDL drivers across all 48 continental U.S. states.
• Respond promptly to urgent calls regarding breakdowns, maintenance concerns, and on-the-road emergencies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly maintenance logs and mileage reports.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with U.S. Hours of Service (HOS) regulations (70 hours/8 days).
• Liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve operational issues in real-time.
• Provide administrative support and contribute to process improvements in dispatch and OTR operations.
• Assist with planning and coordination of scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenance.
