Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for brand strategy and digital marketing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Brand Associate.

As a Brand Associate, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our clients and internal teams to develop and execute effective brand strategies. The ideal candidate should understand digital marketing, branding principles, paid ads, and customer engagement.

Schedule:

  • Hybrid setup with at least 3 days per week onsite and the remainder off-site or work-from-home

  • Flexible hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, with schedule adjustments based on brand requirements such as social media launch, brand campaigns, ad campaign launches etc

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify market trends and preferences of target customers
  • Analyze competition and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop marketing plans to increase brand awareness
  • Ensure a strong brand presence across online channels and other mediums
  • Design and execute advertising campaigns for new products/services
  • Monitor campaign results and propose iterative plans and solutions
  • Maintain and follow the marketing calendar
  • Assist in developing effective media campaigns and selecting distribution channels
  • Coordinate brand creative requirements with graphic artists
  • Perform other tasks as assigned based on business needs

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in marketing
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Updated with social media trends and digital marketing best practices
  • Sharp, confident, and able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
