Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for job requisitions assigned to you.
  • Calibrate with stakeholders to understand their recruitment requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Actively source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various open positions.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate selection process, including organizing interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and database to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of open positions.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment volume hiring, strictly in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder of any course.
