Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of social media strategies for our clients. This role is critical in aligning social media activities with each client's broader communications and reputation goals. The ideal candidate is an insightful storyteller, well-versed in the social media trends, and a data-driven digital strategist, capable of amplifying messages, engaging communities, and driving impact through effective use of social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development:
- Design tailored, platform-specific social media strategies that align with client communication goals, public relations campaigns, and reputation-building initiatives.
- Ensure strategic alignment with clients' overarching messaging and policy positions.
- Content Creation & Amplification:
- Plan, oversee, and execute content calendars with compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Leverage paid and organic strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand authority.
- Community Management:
- Monitor, engage, and moderate online communities across platforms to foster positive sentiment and manage brand reputation.
- Respond to queries, feedback, and public commentary in alignment with brand tone and policy guidelines.
- Monitoring & Analytics:
- Track and analyze performance metrics using native and third-party analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, etc.).
- Conduct social listening to identify trends, sentiment shifts, and opportunities or risks in the digital space.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Develop comprehensive social media performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and clients, showing how social campaigns support broader business and policy goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute strategic campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and social media KPIs.
- Experience in or knowledge of public affairs and brand reputation management is a plus
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Can present previous work or has a portfolio
Nice to Have
- Background in public relations, brand building, and client servicing.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Strategy (Google, Meta, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php75, Php85,000.00 per month
