This is a dynamic position that blends customer service excellence with social media creativity - perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and building engaging content.
Your Core Roles: Customer Service
- Assist guests staying at high-end luxury vacation homes in the U.S. (mainly Las Vegas).
- Communicate clearly, quickly, and warmly with guests - mostly through text and chat, sometimes by phone.
- Handle guest inquiries, issues, and requests with professionalism and positivity.
- Be solutions-oriented -when something goes wrong, you'll use your training and creativity to make it right.
- Create positive, memorable experiences for every guest.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and grow our social media presence for Buddha Estates (our vacation rental brand) and our management company.
- Create and publish content (photos, Reels, videos, and Stories) on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Edit and post short-form videos that highlight our beautiful homes and guest experiences.
- Develop simple engagement ideas - like asking guests to tag us, run contests, or share vacation moments using our hashtag.
- Work with our management team to boost visibility, engagement, and followers.
- Be comfortable running basic boosted posts or ads through Meta Business Suite.
- Help turn engagement into real bookings and leads.
Skill Sets Required:
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
- Social media content creation experience -able to produce Reels, edit videos, and write fun captions.
- Friendly, professional communication with guests - emojis and humor welcome
- Solutions-oriented mindset - stay calm and resourceful when challenges arise.
- Growth mindset - ready to learn, improve, and take feedback.
- Technology friendly - comfortable using new apps and software.
- Punctual and attentive - messages must be replied to quickly (within 5 minutes).
- Prior Airbnb or customer service experience is a plus.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience running or assisting with social media ads or influencer collaborations is a plus.
