Assistant Supply Chain Officer

Location: Brgy Putatan Muntinlupa City

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm

Work Setup: Onsite

"Key Responsibilities

 Leadandmanagetheprocurementcycle—from sourcing, bidding, and evaluation to award and

delivery.

 Conductsupplier accreditation and performance evaluation, ensuring compliance with

companystandards and ISO requirements.

 Handlepricenegotiations, contract reviews, and purchase order finalization for key materials (cement, steel, aggregates, formworks, equipment, and chemicals).

 Coordinatewith Project Managers, Engineers, and Accounting to align procurement schedules with project timelines.

 Monitorinventorylevels and delivery schedules to prevent delays and optimize cost efficiency.

 Maintainaccurateprocurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

 Supportstrategic sourcing initiatives and contribute to cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier reliability"

QUALIFICATIONS:

"  Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.

 With 3–5 yearsofrelevant experience in procurement or supply chain within the construction industry (structural and architectural focus).

 Hands-onexperience in buying and sourcing of:

o Structural materials (cement, rebar/steel, formworks, aggregates)

o Architectural materials (tiles, glass, paint, finishing materials)

o Construction equipment, tools, and specialized chemicals

 Strongbackground in supplier accreditation, contract review, and vendor negotiations.

 Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

 Knowledge of ISO9001 documentation and compliance practices is an advantage.
