Customer Care and Sales Admin Assistant

JOB SUMMARY
Provides support to the sales team by assisting on various sales activities and carrying out
administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and office communications.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the end-to-end sales and marketing operations of the division
- Updating the ERP system with Sales updates and entering SO/Contract etc.
- Preparing and submitting DTR/Biometrics for Sales Team
- Manage all Test print requests and Demo requests and work with Demonstrators to ensure all Demos are prepared and conducted in a Professional Manner
- Ensuring that all requests for Equipment purchasing etc., have the correct item and part numbers.
- Ensuring the preparation of governmental bids/tenders before submitting to accounting
- Liaising between sales and marketing for events, exhibitions, demo, and all marketing campaigns
- Preparing and submitting all flight and accommodation booking for approval (Ensuring best quotes etc.)
- Ensure that all customer requests are monitored until closure within the assigned period of time
- Providing HR Support in terms of assisting with any training requirement, including planning, Admin and Travel Booking, etc., for the sales team
PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in a sales and marketing administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, resourceful, analytical, and has problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, also Adobe Illustrator or Canva (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of home automation technology and market trends (preferred).
- Experience in a sales and marketing administrative role.
