About the role

As an Insurance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support to our valued clients. This full-time, day shift position is based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our back office insurance processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inquiries and assist customers with policy-related questions, claims, and other insurance-related matters
  • Accurately process and document customer transactions, policy changes, and claims
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain detailed records and generate reports to support business operations
  • Continuously seek to improve processes and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with insurance products and policies is a distinct advantage
