The Data Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends in market performance, customer behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness.

This involves using statistical tools and methods to process large datasets and creating visualizations with BI platforms to communicate insights effectively. They work closely with marketing and other teams to turn raw data into strategic insights that inform business decisions. Key ResponsibilitiesDatabase Management: Maintain database health, ensure data accuracy, manage data imports, and implement segmentation strategies.

ABM Research: Develop account dossiers by gathering insights and data on target accounts to tailor marketing and sales strategies. Reporting and Visualization: Create reports and dashboards to visualize data insights and present findings to stakeholders. Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform marketing strategies.

Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence stakeholders, building rapport and understanding their needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing operations, campaigns, design, and content teams to analyze gaps and opportunities. Campaign Optimization: Collaborate to refine campaigns based on data insights, adjusting targeting, messaging, or budgets.

People Management: Mentor data associates, supporting their learning and growth. Minimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in marketing or analytical roles. Strong analytical skills to interpret and manipulate data.

Knowledge of marketing metrics, segmentation, and campaigns. Proficiency with databases, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly.

Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior analysts. Understanding of industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and train new analysts. Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Marketing, or related field. BenefitsGovernment-mandated benefits
