Job Vacancy: QA / QC Supervisor

Location: Silang, Cavite

Position Details:

  • Work Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Days Off: 4 days off/month

Job Responsibilities:

The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control operations to ensure product and service quality. Duties include:

  • Supervise and perform Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing Inspections, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Train and oversee quality inspectors, including new hires and ongoing training for current staff.
  • Review and analyze daily quality reports and take necessary corrective actions.
  • Inspect and verify product quality and defects.
  • Maintain inspection records, forms, and documentation.
  • Ensure all manufactured goods meet quality standards.
  • Assist with customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and report writing, coordinating with other departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within skill and competency levels.

Qualifications:

  • College Level or Vocational Graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Quality field
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of basic QMS clauses and ISO standards is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with 7 QC Tools and standard quality control procedures

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₱25,000 – ₱30,000/month (based on qualifications)
