Responsibilities:

  • Assist in research, formulation, testing, and product development under the supervision of the R&D Manager.
  • Conduct trials and maintain accurate records of formulations, cost sheets, and product specifications.
  • Participate in product testing, taste evaluations, and improvement initiatives.
  • Perform raw material testing, documentation, and coordination with QA, Warehouse, and Purchasing.
  • Ensure all formulations and materials meet company quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of product recipes, formulations, and proprietary data.
  • Stay updated with market trends, ingredients, and innovation opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Production and QA for product readiness and compliance with regulatory standards (GMP, FDA, Halal, ISO).
  • Prepare reports and updates for R&D meetings and project milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in R&D, product formulation, or quality assurance (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems is an advantage.
  • Keen attention to detail, creativity, and integrity in handling confidential data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
