Job description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct line clearance prior production startup and every change over.
  • GMP Compliance all throughout the production process.
  • Perform sampling and inspection of packaging material before issuance to production line.
  • Prepare and perform demonstration of approved synopsis to production line.
  • Will assist to the process validation of product.
  • Monitors the performance of machine, personnel and process during whole production activity and process.
  • Check and validate the accuracy of batch details printed to products in-line.
  • Check and validate the quality of products assembled and packed to every box per batch.
  • Secure turnover of goods to finished good area.
  • Perform the issuance of quarantine tags on every products pack for transfer.
  • Check and validate data entry log accuracy per BMR

QUALIFICATIONS

  • with at least 1 year experience as QA/QC Analyst in a manufacturing company is needed
  • Experienced with Inline inspection and raw/packaging material analysis
  • Any Bachelor's Degree
