Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain user manuals, system documentation, installation guides, FAQs, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for software and IT infrastructure projects.

· Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to gather information, understand project requirements, and translate complex concepts into clear, concise documents.

· Ensure all documentation aligns with the scope, standards, and milestones defined in the project plans.

· Create templates and structure for technical documents based on audience needs (e.g., end-users, engineers, executives).

· Assist in writing content for project reports, proposals, and status updates.

· Document APIs, workflows, integration processes, system architecture, and deployment steps.

· Conduct document reviews and incorporate feedback from developers, QA, and project leads.

· Maintain version control and ensure documentation is updated with each release or project phase.

· Follow legal, compliance, and security standards related to technical documentation.

· Contribute to improving internal documentation processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, English, Communications, or any related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within IT, software development, telecom, or engineering environments.

· Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Word, Google Docs, Markdown, Adobe Acrobat).

· Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps environments.

· Basic understanding of programming concepts, databases, APIs, and network systems.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.

· Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.

· Visual communication skills using diagrams, flowcharts, or wireframes (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart) are an advantage.

· Can start ASAP

· Amenable to work in a shifting schedule (Morning, Mid and Graveyard Shift)

· Amenable to work 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
