Work Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Job Description:

The Reporting and Financial Statements Specialist is responsible for generating financial statements, andoverseeing the Company's financial data and compliance to regulations by ensuring that the books areaccurate on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing and any other daily financial entriesand reconciliations.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Record and reconcile journal entries and ledgers
  • Prepare key financial reports (e.g., income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Maintain accurate financial records and follow bookkeeping policies
  • Manage and update the general ledger and chart of accounts
  • Reconcile account balances and ensure accuracy of data
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations
  • Keep organized records of vouchers, receipts, and invoices
  • Assist the Senior Finance & Accounting Manager on concerns or issues
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related course
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Can work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a similar finance or accounting role is a plus
