What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and schedule production activities to optimise workflow and resource utilisation
  • Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues, implementing timely solutions
  • Liaise with various departments, including procurement, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure seamless production processes
  • Maintain accurate production records and generate relevant reports for management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency
  • Provide training and support to production staff to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production coordination or planning role within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using production planning and tracking software, such as ERP systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
