The FMT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Management Team, ensuring the cleanliness, safety, functionality, and security of the workplace. This role includes supervising maintenance activities, managing incident reports, coordinating CCTV reviews, and providing executive-level support for facility-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and housekeeping activities
  • Ensure all facility equipment and utilities are functioning properly
  • Monitor cleanliness standards across all office areas, including production floors, pantries, and restrooms
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the premises
  • Manage and review CCTV footage in response to incidents or requests
  • Coordinate with security personnel for access control and incident resolution
  • Maintain logs and documentation of surveillance reviews and findings
  • Respond promptly to facility-related incidents (e.g., leaks, electrical issues, safety hazards)
  • Document and escalate incidents to appropriate departments or vendors
  • Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of reported issues
  • Provide direct support to executives for facility-related needs (e.g., workspace setup, special requests)
  • Ensure executive areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and functionality
  • Coordinate discreet and efficient handling of sensitive matters
  • Supervise FMT staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
  • Conduct training and refreshers on safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols
  • Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism
