We hypothesised that the high costs, inefficiencies, and difficulties of obtaining legal help could be overcome simply by providing greater access to legal information, and by providing everybody with real-time access to high-quality, affordable lawyers online.

We're still not satisfied. The potential exists to completely revolutionise the practice of law. The start of this decade has delivered LawAdvisor with a new mandate: to overhaul and transform how lawyers work, and how people interact with and consume legal services, with state-of-the-art legal practice management technology in order to (i) increase efficiencies; (ii) automate routine processes; (iii) increase transparency; (iv) bring the legal practice to the 21st century.

We Need...

A Process Innovator

In this people-focused role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the people operations across EMEA, APAC, and the US markets. You will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and delightful employment environment whilst attracting and retaining the best talent across multiple regions.

You reimagine the ideal work environment, offering top-notch service to employees that leaves them ready to do the best work. Because you genuinely care about people, you will devise strategies to increase employee engagement and retention.

You will be the go-to resource for company and department practices, processes, and policies, ensuring key stakeholders as well as your team are continually informed of legislation, law, and regulation updates.

You will also frequently collaborate with other teams to solve problems, provide insight, and take action in real time. We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to bring new perspectives and ideas to our People Operations team as the team is evolving.

You Will…

• Own and execute the end-to-end coordination of interviews from technical interviews to senior-level openings (Head, Director, and above), managing complex schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
• Own the full employee lifecycle, from delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience to strengthening hiring practices and continually raising the bar.
• Be a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, guiding them through growth, development, and to be the best they can be
• Champion employee experience and culture to ensure our workplaces and systems enable people to do their best work.
• Play a key role in driving internal change initiatives - from new systems and policies to organisation-wide programs - ensuring smooth adoption, strong communication, and measurable impact.
• Maintain and proactively review operational compliance by keeping informed about labour laws and working practices, managing audits, and making any necessary adjustments to how we work.
• Ensure smooth running of day-to-day people processes such as compensation, benefits and payroll across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as the first point of escalation by providing expertise, mentoring, and guidance to more junior team members.

Our Work Setup

• Work shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule with an office in Ayala, Makati

You Should Have…

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of strong experience in People Operations or HR with experience in a senior to leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of relevant compliance legislative requirements (DBS, GDPR, right to work), regulatory bodies, and related processes.
• Experience leading, developing, and optimising a team.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in intense startup/scale-up environments
• Able to take full ownership of a topic, driving it independently end-to-end, with minimal oversight, and proactively involving stakeholders as needed.
• Solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical curiosity— you go beyond surface-level requests to balance people's intuition and business needs and deliver solutions that solve the right problem.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across levels and regions.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the desire to change the status quo for the better.

Bonus Points…

• CIPD Level 5 or relevant HR qualification (desirable)
• Knowledge of US and UK employment labor laws and regulations
• Experience working with a remote team.
• Experience working in the software development industry.
