About the role

As a Marketing Specialist at the Good Pastry Café', you will play a critical role in driving the digital marketing strategy for this thriving café located in BF Homes Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for implementing innovative digital campaigns to attract and retain customers, with a focus on search engine optimisation (SEO) and online advertising.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to promote the café's products and services Optimise the café's website and digital channels for search engine visibility to drive organic traffic Manage the café's social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with customers Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to expand the café's online reach Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all digital and offline channels

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and online advertising Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices for optimising website content Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools to measure campaign performance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and engaging campaigns Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
