App Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:
Are you a mobile app marketing expert who lives and breathes data-driven growth, performance creatives, and scaling user acquisition? We're seeking a high-performance App Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team. You'll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling mobile ad campaigns across platforms while constantly testing creatives, improving app store presence, and driving down CPI. This is a long-term, recurring role with plenty of room for growth if you're passionate and results-focused.

What You'll Be Doing:
● Design, execute/launch, and manage high-performance mobile UA campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, Unity, Applovin, and other DSPs
● Conceptualize and run ongoing creative testing cycles—video, banners, and UGC-style ads—to find winning angles
● Leverage MMP tools (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer) and Firebase to track attribution, cohort analysis, and trend forecasting
● Perform deep data analysis (ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention, churn) to inform bid strategies and creative directions.
● Use intelligence tools like AppTweak, MobileAction, or Sensor Tower to analyze competitors and identify keyword opportunities
● Recommend and test A/B experiments for onboarding flows, paywalls, subscription pricing, and in-app funnels
● Build and iterate on funnels: from first ad touch to in-app purchase or subscription conversion.
● Collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure messaging is consistent across paid, organic, and in-app experiences
● Prepare concise reports and actionable insights based on campaign analytics

Requirements ● 2+ years in mobile app marketing (UA or growth role)
● Proven success scaling UA campaigns with measurable ROI (e.g., reduced CPI, improved ROAS, doubled LTV)
● Strong skills in A/B testing and creative optimization across multiple platforms
● Familiarity with the full app funnel: installs → activation → monetization → retention
● Experience using Firebase, Adjust, AppTweak, MobileAction, Sensor Tower, and/or Meta/Google dashboards
● Solid understanding of subscription models, onboarding UX, and growth loops
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing quality a must)

Nice-to-Have:
● Experience with top-charting or high-DAU apps, multilingual localization, or TikTok/UGC ad formats
● Worked with early-stage startups or taken apps from soft launch to scale
● Familiarity with GPT/AI-based creative testing or automation tools
