Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to implement effective campaigns to promote our corporate brand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating company literature, marketing materials, and promotional content. They will also work with advertisers to secure timely and usable ad submissions.

In addition, the Digital Marketing Specialist will design, launch, and manage corporate campaigns, recommend and implement site collateral requirements, and promote products and services through public relations initiatives.

They will also develop marketing communications campaigns through traditional and digital means, create and deliver press releases, media relations content, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.

Furthermore, the candidate will research media coverage and industry trends through a media monitoring company and participate in PR/advertising related conferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent is required.
  2. At least 5 years experience in Digital Sales & Marketing is necessary, including SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Interruptive, and Permission Marketing.
  3. In-depth experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media ads, and Insights Analysis, and Digital Strategy (Campaign creation, goal setting, and execution) is essential.
  4. Excellent negotiation and people management skills are required.
  5. Proven experience in people handling and motivating teams to reach goals and objectives is necessary.
  6. Market Research experience and background is a plus for this position.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
  8. A background in real estate, direct selling, or pre-need institution is a plus.
