About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Good Pastry Café' as a Marketing Specialist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the café's products and services to its target audience in BF Homes Paranaque City, Metro Manila. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition for this growing café.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the café's products and services
  2. Create and manage engaging social media content to build the café's online presence
  3. Coordinate and execute promotional events and campaigns to drive customer traffic
  4. Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  5. Collaborate with the café's leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing communications

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing communications role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  2. Strong creative and analytical skills to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns
  3. Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve marketing goals
  6. Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to promoting the café's brand and products
