Directs and controls the day-to-day warehouse operations for all non-PMFTC client accounts, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Supervises and develops the Warehouse Admin Staff and coordinates closely with clients and internal departments to meet service, cost, and compliance requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Inventory

  • Plan, organize, and supervise inbound, storage, and outbound activities for non-PMFTC client products.
  • Ensure correct segregation, labeling, and documentation of all items.
  • Oversee cycle counts, investigate variances, and submit accurate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.

2. Compliance, Security & Safety

  • Enforce company safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
  • Guarantee compliance with government regulations and client requirements
  • Lead incident reporting and corrective/preventive actions.

3. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as primary contact for non-PMFTC clients regarding delivery schedules, returns, and special requests.
  • Provide timely updates and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Logistics, Finance, PXT/HR, and other departments for smooth operations.

4. People Management & Supervision

  • Supervise warehouse staff and directly oversee the Admin Staff.
  • Assign daily tasks, set performance standards, and coach the team for efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate manpower scheduling, training, and disciplinary actions with HR/PXT.

5. Administration & Documentation (handled by the Supervisor with support from the Admin Staff)

  • Prepare and verify receiving reports, dispatch papers, delivery receipts, and other required documents.
  • Encode all transactions accurately into the warehouse management or ERP system.
  • Maintain secure, audit-ready filing of contracts, permits, and other client documentation.
  • Manage petty cash or expense liquidation if authorized.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process enhancements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Recommend system or technology upgrades to improve warehouse efficiency and data accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics (supervisory level).
  • Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and basic supply-chain processes.
