Human Resource Supervisor

Job Summary:
The HR Training Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing training programs that support employee development, improve job performance, and strengthen organizational culture. The role ensures that all staff receive the necessary training to meet hotel standards, comply with company policies, and uphold service excellence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities1. Training Program Development
- Design, update, and implement training programs for all departments, including onboarding, customer service, leadership, and technical skills training.
- Develop training modules, manuals, presentations, and materials aligned with company standards.
- Customize programs based on departmental needs and performance gaps.
2. Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, orientations, and refresher courses for employees at all levels.
- Ensure training activities are engaging, practical, and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Lead the hotel's induction program for new hires.
3. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Review performance appraisals, guest feedback, and audit results to determine development priorities.
- Recommend appropriate interventions for employee performance improvement.
4. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track training attendance, completion rates, and participant feedback.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance reviews, and follow-up sessions.
- Maintain updated training records, calendars, and reports.
5. Leadership & Supervisory Functions
- Guide and support trainers, HR staff, or coordinators involved in training activities.
- Ensure training operations run smoothly and all deadlines are met.
- Assist in building a learning culture within the organization.
6. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all training activities comply with company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate mandatory trainings such as safety, security, hygiene, and HR policy briefings.
- Support audit requirements by providing accurate training documentation.
7. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Assist in planning employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and hotel culture initiatives.
- Promote company values and service philosophy through training.
- Support HR projects related to leadership development and succession planning.
8. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Coordinate training schedules with department heads and management.
- Manage training budgets, logistics, venue preparation, and resource allocation.
- Prepare monthly training reports for HR Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
