Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Senior Supervisor / HR Manager
Location: #20 Corner Rose St., Reparo Rd., Barangay 161, Baesa, Caloocan City
Work Setup: On-site
Employment Type: 3 Months Project Based
Job Summary:
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support across all HR functions including recruitment, employee records, timekeeping, and employee relations. This role helps ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the HR department in support of the company's personnel managing ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job vacancies, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Help onboard new employees by preparing documents and conducting orientations.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
- Assist in timekeeping, monitoring attendance, and leave requests.
- Support the implementation of HR programs and activities.
- Process employee documents such as contracts, memos, and clearances.
- Assist in coordinating trainings, evaluations, and other employee engagement activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries.
- Perform other HR or administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or admin support is preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, HR functions, and record-keeping.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Willing to work on-site in Baesa, Caloocan City.
