Network Voice Specialist

This is possibly minimum of 6 months Months Project Based employment (Client is finalizing the details) : It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 6 Months .* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 6 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract. Expect that the client will still monitor your performance and they can still terminate your contract any time with prior notice.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: Voice Network Engineer / Voice Operations Specialist

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig (Hybrid - Possibly up to 3x a week onsite- scheduled every Tuesday and Wednesday – depending on the requirements of the project
• Open to this Project based employment
• Must be amenable to On call support 24/7
• SHIFTING schedule:
• Opening Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Manila Time
• Closing Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Manila Time
• On-Call Support for_ P1/P2 major incident: 24/7_
• Benefits: HMO for employee, Mandated Government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG), .5 SIL credit /month, OT and Holiday work will be paid (If you've worked on those days)
• 10 hrs work per day including your break time - This total work of 10 hrs per day is your regular working hours and already included in your basic salary

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• ·At least 3 years of experience in Network Voice Engineering
• VOIP experience
• Certifications : Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - REQUIRED
• Experience with other voice technologies (e.g., AudioCodes, CUCM, Cisco Phones).
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools for voice network management.
• Good English Communication Skills
• Open for project based employment as indicated above
