We are looking for a Network Implementation Engineer who will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki network equipment, SD-WAN setups, and strong troubleshooting skills in broadband, Ethernet, and related technologies.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Circuits, Ethernet, IDS, MPLS, LAN/WAN protocols (SNA, IP, V/IP)
  • Experience with the deployment and installation of Cisco Meraki Network Equipment (routers, switches, IOS)
  • Experienced in troubleshooting Broadband, Ethernet, Cradlepoint configurations, and other telco-related issues on an SD-WAN setup

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; or equivalent education/work experience
  • Network certifications (e.g., CCNA, Meraki) preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki Network Equipment, Network Management Tools, and LAN/WAN protocols
  • Experience with Voice PBX, BCM, VOIP systems
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to document technical procedures clearly
  • Strong analytical, risk mitigation, negotiation, and vendor management skills
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate client expectations and proactively address issues
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and event management concepts/tools preferred
  • Self-starter with a strong drive for results and continuous learning mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Configure network routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and access points via Meraki Dashboard
  • Respond to and resolve network tickets and incidents efficiently
  • Document and update network turnover, incidents, and issue tracking tools
  • Collaborate with Field Services, Service Desk, and other internal teams to identify and resolve network problems
  • Coordinate with business partners (e.g., Verizon, CenturyLink) to ensure service outages are resolved within SLAs
  • Send email notifications for high-impact store outages to relevant stakeholders
  • Support ongoing projects and business initiatives including router/switch replacements, site configurations, and upgrades
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring issues are resolved thoroughly and in a timely manner
  • Monitor network health, review system performance, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
