We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about making campaigns perform at their best. You'll play a key role in turning data into smart decisions, spotting opportunities for improvement, and making sure every campaign we run delivers real value.

If you love analyzing data, spotting opportunities, and pushing campaigns to the next level, this role is for you.

What You'll do:

  • Own the performance, analysis, and recommendations across campaigns.
  • Turn data into prioritized actions that improve results.
  • Ensure all campaigns are quality-checked, tracked, and aligned to performance goals.
  • Monitor campaigns daily, driving data-backed improvements in targeting, placements, budgets, and creatives.
  • Provide clear weekly and monthly insights to guide client decisions and team actions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience setting up and optimizing paid campaigns (Facebook & LinkedIn preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions.
  • High attention to detail with strong commitment to QA and accuracy.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can spot issues and suggest solutions quickly.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with designers, copywriters, and other DMS team members.
  • Organized and process-oriented with the ability to maintain tidy docs, SOPs, and campaign notes.

We're open to fresh graduates who can demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a strategic approach to marketing, even without extensive experience.
