Join us on this exciting journey. We're looking for a Digital Account Executive to support our Digital Account Manager in executing client campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience, strong coordination skills, and a knack for keeping campaigns on track. You will be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time. We are actively hiring independent contractors based in the Philippines, ready to take on meaningful, remote work with international clients. Scope of the Role Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, under the guidance of the Digital Account Manager Coordinate internal teams (SEO, content, link-building, creative, analytics) to ensure timely delivery of campaign outputs Track campaign progress and maintain performance dashboards Prepare client updates, reports, and presentation decks (with DAM review) Follow up on deliverables, flag potential risks or delays, and ensure next steps are executed Assist in compiling campaign data and insights for reporting or renewal discussions Key Responsibilities Campaign & Customer Support Support Account Managers in the management and delivery of strategic digital marketing activity. Create and manage campaign outputs using established project management tools. Ensure tasks are delivered on time and on budget. Uphold consistently high standards across all processes, from brief to delivery. Set up schedules to ensure client meetings, reporting, and routine communications are delivered on time. Communicate regularly with clients to update them on campaign/project status, performance, and new opportunities. Provide proactive communication and timely responses to client queries or issues. Translate client requests into clear briefs for internal teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Support in the creation and review of client reports and meeting presentations. Conduct quality control for all client-facing outputs. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services. Build and maintain knowledge of vertical markets relevant to your clients. Ensure all customer details, budgets, scheduling, and other information are accurate and up to date in Productive and HubSpot. Log all quotes accurately in Productive. Analytical & Technical Understand the features and benefits of all GAIN Performance products and services (and the wider Group) to promote them effectively to customers. Continuously develop knowledge of key digital marketing channels (Paid Search, SEO, Social, Web Design, etc.) that drive traffic and conversions for clients. Develop and maintain proficiency in key analytical and market intelligence tools (e.g., Google Analytics and third-party tools). Keep knowledge of the digital marketing industry up-to-date by networking, researching, and staying informed through blogs, news, and other sources Requirements Essential:1-3 years of experience in a digital agency, marketing team, or client services role Strong verbal and written English communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Google Analytics, MS Office, Asana, ClickUp, Google Sheets, etc.) Proactive and accountable — can manage tasks without constant supervision Working Hours & Time Zone Overlap:Remote role, based in the Philippines Minimum 40 hours/week Must maintain at least 6 hours/day overlap with UK Time Preferred:Familiarity with basic project management principles Exposure to SEO, link-building, content marketing, or analytics tools Experience working with international clients is a plus Benefits 100% Remote Work - Work from anywhere in the Philippines Flexible Hours - Own your time, work when you're most productive but will require at least 6 hours UK time overlap Global Client Exposure - Work with top international brands and agencies Professional Growth - Collaborate with other sharp minds across digital strategy, content, and analytics Potential for Long-Term Hire - If it's a great fit, we're open to growing with you #J-18808-Ljbffr
