We’re looking for a Training Facilitator who’s passionate about digital marketing and even more passionate about people. What You’ll Do Lead and deliver engaging training programs on digital marketing fundamentals Coach and mentor trainees in both group and 1-on-1 settings Review deliverables to ensure they meet performance standards Support trainees with tool-related troubleshooting (e.g., Canva, GoHighLevel, Meta tools) Track performance, give constructive feedback, and take corrective action as needed Collaborate with the Training Supervisor to continuously improve training impact You’re a great fit for this role if you: Have 2+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing Have worked as a trainer, mentor, or team leader before Knowledge in Graphic Design, preferred.
