JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree holder of any medical allied or business course.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent results are welcome to apply. Training is provided.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in providing excellent customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Fluent in English, both in written and verbal communication.
  • Fantastic interpersonal communication, negotiation and sales skills.
  • Available for immediate interview and can start ASAP.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage appointment of patients for screening, surgeries and other procedures to be done with the patient.
  • Coordinate with the sales agent to make sure that patients are reminded of their scheduled appointment.
  • Acts as a liaison between patients, sales team and doctors to ensure proper coordination of appointments.
  • Directly coordinating with the call center team regarding scheduled patients.
  • To ensure that qualified patients are converted into sales.
  • Make strategies in order to promote and offer products or services to patients, clients and customer through internal sales and marketing strategies (e.g. corporate presentation, up selling, among others.)
  • Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with patients to ensure that they are getting the type and quality of care they need.
  • To provide explanation, guidance and advice to patients regarding their treatment and other complex medical information.
  • Responsible for reporting to the management patient feedback and concerns through daily patient reports.
  • Update status of patients through encoding in the Patient Management System.
  • To suggest ideas on how to improve patient care and services.
  • Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.
