ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Monitor buyers' accounts and prepare letters of notice for delinquent accounts.


• Record, verify, and update payments, ledgers, and collection reports.


• Coordinate with Sales and Account Management Departments to validate proof of payments and contract requirements.


• Issue official receipts (ORs) and ensure accuracy of supporting documents.


• Prepare daily sales and collection reports.


• Prepare buyers' folders, reservation agreements, and other buyer-related documentation.


• Generate weekly and monthly financial summaries for management.


• Process broker cash advances and commission payments when due.


• Verify accuracy of commission computations prior to release.


• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all A/R transactions.


• Maintain compliance with internal accounting controls and reporting standards.

EDUCATION


• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce major in Financial Management or Accounting.

EXPERIENCE


• At least 2–3 years' experience in Accounts Receivables, Collections, or Project Accounting (real estate industry preferred).

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS


• Strong background in A/R processes, including monitoring, collections, and reporting.


• Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting systems/software.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently under pressure.
