About the role

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Project Manager — Settlement International to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will oversee accounting operations across portfolios/regions and ensure compliant, timely financial processing.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee accounting operations across portfolios/regions and ensure compliant, timely financial processing.
  • Implement robust controls, dashboards, and exception management.
  • Lead system/process enhancements and integration initiatives.
  • Manage close procedures, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Implement/monitor internal controls; lead risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Treasury, Legal on compliance and safeguarding.
  • Lead automation, integrations, and acquisition onboarding into settlement frameworks.
  • Own full project lifecycle; maintain RAID logs and SOPs.

What we're looking for

  1. Experience leading accounting teams and operations end‑to‑end.
  2. Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS/SOX and safeguarding policies.
  3. ERP and reporting tool familiarity; automation orientation.
  4. Proven project management experience (scope, risk, milestones).
  5. Ability to coordinate across international regions.
  6. Driving month‑end/year‑end close at scale.
  7. Standing up dashboards/controls and leading audits.
  8. Integrating acquisitions/new business lines into accounting frameworks.
  9. Delivering automation and system enhancements.
  10. Maintaining RAID logs and SOPs aligned to policy changes.
