
Junior Admissions Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the school to help position iACADEMY as the school of choice.
- Assists efforts to gain leads to increase enrolment.
- Actively engage with prospective students to discuss and promote offerings.
- Provide guidance and information to prospective students.
- Conduct presentations and activities to promote the school's values and program offerings.
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inquiries to drive admissions.
- Maintain and update reports and students records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Stay informed with trends and incorporate innovative approaches.
- Collaborative with the Marketing team to develop content strategies that align with department goals.
- Presenting campus tours to potential clients, which include parents, guardians, teachers and students.
- Calling potential students for College and SHS to promote iACADEMY and to invite potential students for examination
- Providing essential information about iACADEMY relating to admissions and enrollment presenting to various audiences outlining admission's requirements, financial aid and other related inquiries.
- Obtaining information on school schedules, as well as cost of tuition fees and other expenses of potential students.
- Making vital information available to the community through visits and presentations by developing and planning calendar of activities regarding high school visits, college fairs and other college events.
- Coordinating visits with high school counselors, high school faculty, or other event coordinators ensuring that iACADEMY is represented at school events/functions.
- Working collaboratively with college faculty, staff and current students to attract new students by sharing information and requests with faculty about recruitment opportunities at local high schools.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support to the External Relations / Admissions Team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in admissions, sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field; experience in an educational institution is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino; ability to present confidently to diverse audiences including students, parents, and school officials.
- Comfortable conducting school tours, public presentations, and information sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Goal-oriented and proactive in following up leads and converting prospects into enrolled students.
- Understanding of data privacy laws and best practices in handling student records and inquiries.
- Open to learning new trends in education and marketing; capable of integrating creative strategies into student recruitment efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
